Welcome to Real-Africa-Estate ("we," "our," or "us"). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with global regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and US state privacy laws. Information you give us. Through our contact and lead generation forms you may provide:

Technical information collected by third-party services. When you load our pages, and when you allow analytics or third-party content (see Section 4), we and the providers listed below may receive your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and your approximate location.

3. How We Use Your Information and Our Legal Bases

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party marketers.

4. Cookies, Trackers and Third-Party Services

Our website uses a small number of third-party services. Necessary services are always active. Everything else stays off until you agree in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the footer of any page.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read. We do not use cookies for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out: analytics and third-party content remain off unless you turn them on in Cookie Settings.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third parties strictly for service delivery, including local partner agents in African markets, legal and compliance advisors, secure cloud and email service providers, and the providers described in Section 4. All are required to handle your data in line with GDPR or equivalent standards.

6. Data Storage and International Transfers

Your data is stored securely and is only accessible by authorized personnel. By submitting your information, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your home country (including Israel, the US, the EU, Africa, and Asia) to facilitate our communication with you. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Data Retention

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Inquiry data is typically retained for up to 3 years. Your cookie choice is kept for up to 12 months, after which we ask again. You may request deletion at any time.
