When you load our pages, and when you allow analytics or third-party content (see Section 4), we and the providers listed below may receive your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and your approximate location.
3. How We Use Your Information and Our Legal Bases
- To respond to your inquiries about our real estate investment opportunities (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), steps you request before entering into an agreement).
- To provide you with relevant updates, only if you have explicitly opted in (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)).
- To understand how the website is used and improve it, only if you have allowed analytics (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)).
- To keep the website secure and running (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To comply with applicable legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party marketers.
4. Cookies, Trackers and Third-Party Services
Our website uses a small number of third-party services. Necessary services are always active. Everything else stays off until you agree in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the footer of any page.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third parties strictly for service delivery, including local partner agents in African markets, legal and compliance advisors, secure cloud and email service providers, and the providers described in Section 4. All are required to handle your data in line with GDPR or equivalent standards.

Your data is stored securely and is only accessible by authorized personnel. By submitting your information, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your home country (including Israel, the US, the EU, Africa, and Asia) to facilitate our communication with you. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Data Retention
We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Inquiry data is typically retained for up to 3 years. Your cookie choice is kept for up to 12 months, after which we ask again. You may request deletion at any time.

9. Complaints
If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Israel this is the Privacy Protection Authority. EU residents may also contact their national data protection authority.
